As I mentioned before I believe that Stress is a major problem for Crohn's Disease Sufferers. It is almost what came first - the stress or the disease, much like the chicken or the egg. Now I no this might not be the case for everyone but after helping so many of my patients over the years deal with stress I think it is worth while talking about it again. Today I thought I would give you my favourite yoga pose to do when I am feeling stressed. It is easy to do, so anyone can do it and you can do it anywhere. Plus it makes you feel amazing. It is called child's pose. Mandy Ingber, known as Jennifer Aniston's yoga guru, cannot stress enough the calming powers of Child's Pose — "It is humble. I have noticed that stretching really helps me. So I am going to add this yoga pose to my stretching. It seems that my body has so many inflammation like pains in various places. I know stress has caused me to tense up and the stretching really helps. Thanks. Your blog is so helpful. AND.....I didn't realize parsley was imp for crohns people. I just planted some but will add more to our garden.
