Today we Squat.

Today I am focusing on Squats. I have included two different levels so you complete the level that suits you. 
REMEMBER FORM IS IMPORTANT as the correct form prevents you from injuring yourself by doing the exercises incorrectly. 
Another thing to remember is to make sure you drink enough water. 
The challenge begins on the 1st September so there is still plenty of time to join.

1. Easiest - Assisted Squats

Males should be able to do 50 Squats and Females should be able to do 50
