As promised here are the instructions on how to complete the exercises on your 30 Day Challenge. The correct form is very important as you don't want to injure your self just by doing the exercises incorrectly. Today I am focusing on Push Ups. I have included three different levels so you complete the level that suits you.
REMEMBER FORM IS IMPORTANT!
Another thing to remember is to make sure you drink enough water.
The challenge begins on the 1st September so there is still plenty of time to join.
