If you were wanting to have some things you can work on yourself to help you heal your Crohn's Disease then these 5 Goals would be easy and simple to achieve.

  1. Decrease your Inflammation – As you know Crohn's Disease is an inflammatory disease. So by reducing your inflammation your body is better able to heal..
  2. Alkalize your body – Your body should have an average pH of 7.36. Disease thrives in an acidic environment. By alkalizing your body your cells can heal and regenerate at the highest level. Green vegetable juices like wheat grass and spinach help restore the body’s proper pH.
  3. Lower your blood glucose – This is an obvious one to do. When you are constantly on a roller coaster of sugar highs your body is to busy to do its real job.
  4. Eliminates Toxins –  These put extra pressure on your body as it is so busy trying to clear out the toxins that is too tired to repair and regenerate
  5. Consume Optimum Nutrients – This just makes good sense. You wouldn't put cheap, dirty fuel in your brand new sports car so why would you put rubbish into your body?
