I thought you might like some more tips to help if you suffer from bloating. I mentioned in my previous post about eating parsley.
Now to consume a large amount of Parsley as food is hard but it is important as Parsley helps rid the body of excess water, uric acid and salt.
Other herbs that are beneficial are ginger, mint, cumin and turmeric.
I like to make a tea by combining these herbs and drinking this throughout the day. Let me know if this works for you.
