I thought you might like some tips to help if you suffer from bloating. I have mentioned previously about eating parsley.
Parsley helps rid the body of excess water, uric acid and salt. Now to consume a large amount of Parsley as food is hard but it is important to include it in your diet. Other herbs that are beneficial are ginger, mint, cumin and turmeric.
I like to make a tea by combining these herbs and drinking this throughout the day. Let me know if this works for you.
