With Crohn's Disease it is sometimes difficult to find the time to go to a gym. Or you may even feel uncomfortable visiting one depending on the symptoims you are experiencing at the time.
So to continue on from last weeks post about Exercise I decided to include for you a 30 Day Fitness Challenge.
It can be done in the confort of your own home and you don't require any special equipment.
