I wanted to share with you today some more information in regards to your mindset. Sometimes I think that is the hardest part to overcome when we want to get well. We are stuck in our old patterns that have helped to lead us where we are right now. We focus on what is wrong with our life instead of what is right.
I know sometimes that this may seem an impossible thing to do BUT I would like you to start each morning by writing down the 3 Things that you are Grateful for. I know it may sound crazy and how is this going to help me get well but we know that how you start your day can have an impact on what happens during the rest of your day.
So when I get up in the morning I have warm water with lemon juice and sit and write down the 3 things I am grateful for. Trust me some days for me this is a tough one. However as soon as I do it I immediately feel my state changing.
I then complete my Yoga for Digestion, Meditate and then go for a run/walk/surf depending on the day.
So what do you do in the morning to set yourself up to have a great day. Make a plan and then stick to it.
