The final exercise in my 30 Day Challenge is the Plank. I have included three different levels so you complete the level that suits you. Remember the correct form is very important as you don't want to injure yourself just by doing the exercises incorrectly.Another thing to remember is to make sure you drink enough water.
The challenge begins on the 1st September so there is still plenty of time to join.
